Analisis Jaringan Komunikasi Antara Dosen Dan Mahasiswa Ekstensi Menggunakan Social Network Analysis Pada Perguruan Tinggi

Abstract

The goal of this research is to ascertain how communication patters or communication networks between extension student lecturers on the STIMIKOM Stella Maris Sumba campus online. This research uses the concept or method of social network analysis (SNA). Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to extension students and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program using correlation for data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the validity test r value is 0.361 and the reliability test is 0.6 with a total of 58 correspondents. Then it can be concluded that the reliability aspect (X1) is 0.942, the responsiveness aspect (X2) is 0.961 and the assurance aspect and the empathy aspect (Y1) are 0.949.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola komunikasi atau jaringan komunikasi antara dosen mahasiswa ekstensi pada kampus STIMIKOM Stella Maris Sumba secara online. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep atau metode social network analysis (SNA). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa ekstensi dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 dengan menggunakan korelasi untuk penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengujian validitas nilai r sebesar 0,361 dan pengujian reliabilitas sebesar 0,6 dengan jumlah koresponden 58. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek reliability (X1) sebesar 0,942, aspek responsiveness (X2) sebesar 0,961 dan aspek assurance dan aspek emphaty (Y1) sebesar 0,949.
