Pengaruh Learning Agility dan Budaya Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Inovatif Guru melalui Kompetensi Digital sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh learning agility dan budaya inovatif terhadap kinerja inovatif guru melalui kompetensi digital sebagai variabel mediasi. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari guru – guru di SMP Swasta dengan Akreditasi Sekolah A di Kota Salatiga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari skala pengukuran learning agility, budaya inovatif, kompetensi digital, dan kinerja inovatif guru. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linear berganda dan uji sobel dengan memanfaatkan program aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa learning agility dan budaya inovatif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja inovatif guru. Selain itu, kompetensi digital juga terbukti menjadi mediator yang signifikan antara learning agility dan budaya inovatif dengan kinerja inovatif guru. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa seorang guru yang memiliki tingkat learning agility yang tinggi dan berada dalam budaya inovatif yang kuat cenderung memiliki kinerja inovatif yang lebih baik, dengan kompetensi digital sebagai faktor yang memediasi hubungan antara variabel – variabel tersebut.

This research aims to investigate the influence of learning agility and innovative culture on the innovative performance of teachers, using digital competence as a mediating variable. The research sample consists of teachers in Private Junior High Schools with School Accreditation Grade A in the city of Salatiga. This study employs an explanatory research design, and data is collected using a questionnaire that includes scales for measuring learning agility, innovative culture, digital competence, and innovative performance of teachers. Hypothesis testing is conducted using multiple linear regression models and the Sobel test, utilizing the SPSS 26 software application. The results of data analysis indicate that learning agility and innovative culture have a positive impact on the innovative performance of teachers. Additionally, digital competence is found to be a significant mediator between learning agility and innovative culture and the innovative performance of teachers. These findings suggest that teachers with a high level of learning agility and within a strong innovative culture tend to exhibit better innovative performance, with digital competence serving as a mediating factor in the relationship between these variables.
