Pengaruh Learning Agility dan Dukungan Teknologi Informasi terhadap Kinerja Inovatif Karyawan melalui Technostress sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract

Technostress merupakan kondisi tekanan psikologis yang timbul sebagai akibat dari penggunaan teknologi yang berlebihan atau tidak efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh learning agility terhadap technostress, menguji pengaruh dukungan teknologi informasi terhadap technostress, menguji pengaruh technostress terhadap kinerja inovatif, menguji pengaruh learning agility terhadap kinerja inovatif melalui technostress sebagai variabel mediasi dan menguji pengaruh dukungan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja inovatif melalui technostress sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori dengan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dan uji sobel dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS 26. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa learning agility dan dukungan teknologi informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja inovatif melalui technostress.

The test results show that learning agility and information technology support have a significant effect on innovative performance through technostress.
