Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai UPT Puskesmas Seko. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda, pada proses pengolahanya dibantu dengan software Statistical Packagei for thei Social Scieinceis (SPSS) versi 23. Berdasarkan pengujian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai UPT Puskesmas Seko. Semakin dorongan atau motivasi yang dimiliki oleh pegawai maka akan membuat kinerja pegawai semakin baik pula. Motivasi dapat dapat diterima dari berbagai aspek mulai dari hubungan atasan dan bawahan, lingkungan kerja, gaji dan fasilitas yang diberikan. 2) kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sikap disiplin yang dimiliki pegawai UPT Puskesmas Seko membuat pegawai selalu mematuhi peraturan-peraturan dan melaksanakan kewajiban sesuai dengan yang seharusnya. Selain itu kedisiplinan juga dapat membantu pegawai UPT Puskesmas Seko untuk memahami masalah pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh pimpinan agar tidak ada pegawai yang meremehkan dan melanggar peraturan sehingga kinerja pegawai akan semakin baik. This study aims to examine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees of UPT Puskesmas Seko. The sample of this research is 60 people. The analysis technique used in answering the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, in the processing process it is assisted by the Statistical Packagei for Thei Social Sciences (SPSS) software version 23. Based on testing the results of the research show that 1) motivation has a positive effect on the performance of UPT Puskesmas Seko employees. The more encouragement or motivation an employee has, the better the employee's performance will be. Motivation can be received from various aspects starting from the relationship between superiors and subordinates, work environment, salary and facilities provided. 2) discipline has a positive effect on employee performance. The discipline attitude possessed by UPT Puskesmas Seko employees makes employees always comply with laws and regulations and carry out obligations in accordance with what they should. Besides that, discipline can also help UPT Puskesmas Seko employees to understand the work problems given by the leadership so that no employee underestimates and violates the rules so that employees will get better. |
