Abstract: | The purpose of the research is to describe and determine the influence of effectiveness in communication and organizational culture on employee performance at BUMD in North Sulawesi after returning to the work from office system after the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data types. The population of this study are employees at BUMD in North Sulawesi with sample of 100 employees. The data collection method of this research uses descriptive analysis method by distributing and collecting questionnaires. The data obtained is processed by using the IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0 program with multiple linear analysis methods. The results of the research showed that: (i) the effectiveness of communication has a positive influence on employee performance; (ii) organizational culture has a positive influence on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui pengaruh keefektifan dalam berkomunikasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BUMD di Sulawesi Utara setelah kembali ke sistem kerja work from office pasca pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis data primer. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada BUMD di Sulawesi Utara dengan sampel sebanyak 100 orang karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif melalui penyebaran dan pengumpulan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistics 29.0 dengan metode analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i) keefektifan dalam berkomunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan; (ii) budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
