Abstract: | A good work environment can support employees in completing their work. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the physical and non-physical work environment at PT Morich Indo Fashion with informants in this study totaling four people from supervisory employees and HRD staff. The approach uses a qualitative approach with the interview method to obtain data. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study concluded that the conditions of the physical and non-physical work environment at PT Morich in the form of work facilities, lighting, layout decoration, music, temperature, air circulation, color, noise, cleanliness, good working relationships, smooth and open communication, and the establishment of good cooperation can help employees in completing their work. Lingkungan kerja yang baik dapat mendukung karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik di PT Morich Indo Fashion dengan informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat orang dari karyawan supervisor dan staff HRD. Pendekatan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara untuk memperoleh data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kondisi lingkungan kerja fisik dan non fisik di PT Morich berupa fasilitas kerja, pencahayaan, dekorasi tata letak, musik, suhu, sirkulasi udara, warna, kebisingan, kebersihan, hubungan kerja yang baik, komunikasi yang lancar dan terbuka, serta terjalinnya kerja sama yang baik dapat membantu karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya. |
