Abstract: | Satya Wacana University is called Mini Indonesia because they have the most diverse student population. In a group of students with different backgrounds, there will likely be conflicts due to variances in thinking and views that each student brings with them from their fundamental nature. The goal of this research is to see how ethnicity, gender and religious diversity on conflict and it affects Teamwork Productivity at SWCU. This research is quantitative research that uses Faculty Economy and Business at SWCU as a research object. The analysis in this study used PLS-SEM 3.0 (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method. The results of this study indicate that (1) Gender diversity affects conflict. (2) ethnicity diversity affects conflict. (3) religious diversity does not affect conflict. (4) conflict affects teamwork productivity.

Dalam kelompok siswa dengan latar belakang yang berbeda, kemungkinan akan terjadi konflik karena perbedaan pemikiran dan pandangan yang dibawa oleh masing-masing siswa dari sifat dasar mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana perbedaan suku, gender dan agama berkonflik dan mempengaruhi Teamwork Productivity di UKSW. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis UKSW sebagai obyek penelitian. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan PLS-SEM 3.0 (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Method. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Keberagaman gender berpengaruh terhadap konflik. (2) Keberagaman etnis berpengaruh terhadap konflik. (3) Keberagaman agama tidak berpengaruh terhadap konflik. (4) Konflik berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja tim.
