Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh big five personality terhadap teamwork skill pada Yobels Indonesia, menganalisis aspek dari big five personality mana yang lebih dominan mempengaruhi teamwork skill serta menganalisis aspek demografis mana yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Teamwork skill. Jenis penelitian penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 67 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Big Five Personality terhadap Teamwork skill pada Yobels Indonesia. Aspek Neuroticism memberikan pengaruh paling dominan besar pada Teamwork skill, serta devisi Marketing pada Yobels Indonesia merupakan aspek demografis yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap Teamwork skill. Divisi Marketing memiliki karakteristik dominan big five personality kategori Openness dan Extraversion. Divisi finance karakteristik karyawan dominan dalam kategori Conscientiousness. Sedangkan karyawan pada bagian Produksi karakteristiknya dominan kategori Conscientiousness, Extraversion dan Neuroticism
This study aims to examine the influence of big five personalities on teamwork skills in Yobels Indonesia, analyze which aspects of the big five personalities are more dominant in influencing teamwork skills and analyze which demographic aspects are the most dominant in influencing teamwork skills. This type of research research is quantitative. Respondents in this study amounted to 67 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between Big Five Personality on Teamwork skills in Yobels Indonesia. The aspect of Neuroticism has the most dominant influence on Teamwork skills, and the Marketing division at Yobels Indonesia is the demographic aspect that most dominantly influences Teamwork skills. The Marketing Division has the dominant characteristics of the big five personalities in the Openness and Extraversion categories. The finance division has dominant employee characteristics in the Conscientiousness category. Employees in the Production section have dominant characteristics in the categories of Conscientiousness, Extraversion and Neuroticism
