Studi Evaluasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Di Kecamatan Essang Selatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud Tahun 2020-2022

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program PKH di kecamatan Essang Selatan dengan menerapkan teori strukturasi dan konsep evaluasi kebijakan public. Pendekatan strukturasi digunakan untuk memahami interaksi antara actor-aktor yang terlibat dalam implementasi program dan bagaimana struktur sosial mempengaruhi hasilnya. Konsep evaluasi kebijakan public digunakan untuk menilai efektivitas, efisiensi, kesetaraan, dan dampak program PKH. Melalui pengumpulan data kualitatif, penelitian ini akan menganalisis implementasi program, partisipasi masyarakat, peran actor- aktor terkait, dan keberlanjutan program. Dengan demikian Program PKH di Kecamatan Essang Selatan berhasil mencapai tujuan-tujuan yang telah ditetapkan dalam konsep evaluasi kebijakan public. This study aims to evaluate the PKH program in Essang Selatan Subdistrict using the theory structuration and the concept of public policy evaluation. The structuration approach is used to understand the interactions among actors involved in program implementation and how social structures influence its outcomes. The concept of public policy evaluation is employed to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, equity, and impact of the PKH program. Through the collection of qualitative, this research will analyse program implementation, community participation, the role of relevant actors, and program sustainability. Thus, the PKH program in South Essang Subdistrict has successfully achieved the predetermined goals in the concept of public policy evaluation.
