Abstract: Perilaku agresif merupakan fenomena sosial yang banyak terjadi dikalangan remaja. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku agresif adalah pola asuh otoriter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh otoriter dengan perilaku agresif siswa/siswi kelas XII SMA Lentera Harapan. Partisipan pada penelitian ini yaitu 34 siswa/siswi kelas XII SMA Lentera. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala pola asuh otoriter dan perilaku agresif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah korelasi product moment Pearson. Dari hasil analisa data diperoleh koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,491 dengan sig. sebesar 0,002 (p<0,05), yang berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara pola asuh otoriter dengan perilaku agresif siswa/siswi kelas XII SMA Lentera Harapan. Semakin tinggi pola asuh otoriter maka makin tinggi perilaku agresif dan sebaliknya makin rendah pola asuh otoriter maka makin rendah perilaku agresif.
Aggressive behavior is a social phenomenon that often occurs among teenagers. One of the factors that influences aggressive behavior is authoritarian parenting. This research aims to determine the relationship between authoritarian parenting styles and aggressive behavior of class XII students at Lentera Harapan High School. Participants in this research were 34 students of class XII Lentera High School. With using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using authoritarian parenting and aggressive behavior. The data analysis technique used in the research is Pearson product moment correlation. From the results of data analysis, it was obtained that the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.491 with sig. amounting to 0.002 (p<0.05), which means there is a significant positive relationship between authoritarian parenting and aggressive behavior in class XII students at Lentera Harapan High School. The higher the authoritarian parenting style, the higher the aggressive behavior and conversely, the lower the authoritarian parenting pattern, the lower the aggressive behavior.
