Abstract: | Tugas akhir adalah tugas penelitian yang akan diselesaikan oleh mahasiswa sebagai salah satu syarat kelulusan, tugas akhir ini disusun sebagai syarat kelulusan bagi mahasiswa dan untuk mendapatkan gelar sarjana sesuai dengan bidang yang ditekuni. Stress akademik dapat mempengaruhi motivasi akademik bagi mahasiswa dengan mempunyai hubungan yang negatif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress akademik dan motivasi akademik pada mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan tugas akhir. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 106 mahasiswa dalam mengerjakan tugas akhi. Teknik analisis data yaitu korelasi Product Moment Person dan memperoleh koefisien sebesar r=-0,351 dengan nilai signifikansi = signifikansi =0.000 (p < 0.05) yang berarti terdapat hubungan negatif yang dignifikan antara variabel stress akademik dan motivasi akademik. The final assignment is a research assignment that will be completed by students as one of the graduation requirements. This final assignment is prepared as a graduation requirement for students and to obtain a bachelor's degree in accordance with the field they are studying. Academic stress can affect academic motivation for students by having a negative relationship. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between academic stress and academic motivation in students in completing their final assignments. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational design. The participants in this research were 106 students working on their final assignment. The data analysis technique is Product Moment Person correlation and obtained a coefficient of r = -0.351 with a significance value = significance = 0.000 (p < 0.05) which means there is a significant negative relationship between the variables academic stress and academic motivation. |
