Continuous use of inorganic fertilizers causes a decrease in soil fertility and disruption of microorganisms in the soil. One of the solutions to minimize the impact of using inorganic fertilizers is using compost from a mixture of organic materials such as lamtoro leaves, banana peels, and egg shells. This research aims to determine the effect of doses of lamtoro leaf compost, banana peels and egg shells on the growth and yield of pakcoy mustard greens. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with dosage factors of lamtoro leaf compost, banana peels, and eggshells, namely P1 (0 gram/plant), P2 (20 gram/plant), P3 (40 gram/plant), P4 ( 60 grams/plant), P5 (80 grams/plant). Each treatment was repeated five times. The results showed that the compost dosage treatment had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, wet root weight, dry root weight, wet crown weight, dry crown weight, wet stover weight, and dry stover weight, but had no significant effect on the total chlorophyll. Treatment with a compost dose of 80 grams/plant gave the best results in stimulating growth components and yields of pak choy mustard greens.
