Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model manajemen MGBK MAGIC MOODLE untuk meningkatkan profesionalitas guru bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R & D) dengan pendekatan mixed methode (sequential exploratory). Penelitian dilakukan hingga langkah ketujuh, yaitu research and information collecting, planning, develop preliminary of product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, dan operational product revision. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi dan divalidasi dengan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Subyek penelitian ini anggota MGBK SMK Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa manajemen MGBK mengalami beberapa masalah, dan memerlukan perbaikan dalam pengelolaannya. Yaitu dalam perencanaan, tujuan kurang jelas, analisis situasi dangkal, dan kurangnya penekanan pada prioritas mengakibatkan pengalokasian sumber daya yang tidak efisien. Pelaksanaan MGBK terhambat karena kurangnya motivasi dari anggota, kendala dalam memperoleh sumber daya, dan komunikasi yang tidak efektif. Dalam fungsi pengawasan, kurangnya mekanisme pemantauan dan evaluasi, indikator kinerja yang tidak jelas. Hasil dari validasi ahli TIK dan ahli manajemen yaitu sangat baik dan dinyatakan layak untuk diujicobakan. Hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukan rerata 49,79% pada ketegori baik dan 50,21% pada kategori sangat baik, sedangkan pada uji coba lapangan utama dengan rerata nilai 54,7% pada kategori sangat baik, 44,6% pada kategori baik dan 0,7% pada kategori tidak baik. This research aims to develop the MGBK MAGIC MOODLE management model to enhance the professionalism of guidance and counseling teachers or counselor. The study employs the Research and Development (R & D) research method with a mixed-method approach (sequential exploratory). The research is conducted through seven steps, namely research and information collecting, planning, developing a preliminary product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, and operational product revision. Data collection techniques include interviews, questionnaires, and documentary studies, validated through technique triangulation and source triangulation. The research subjects are members of MGBK SMK in Semarang Regency. The results indicate that MGBK management faces several issues and requires improvement in its administration. These issues include unclear planning, undefined goals, superficial situation analysis, and a lack of emphasis on priorities resulting in inefficient resource allocation. The implementation of MGBK is hindered by a lack of motivation among members, obstacles in acquiring resources, and ineffective communication. In terms of supervisory functions, there is a lack of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, as well as unclear performance indicators. The validation by IT and management experts is excellent, and the model is deemed suitable for testing. The limited trial results show an average of 49.79% in the "good" category and 50.21% in the "very good" category. Meanwhile, in the main field trial, the average score is 54.7% in the "very good" category, 44.6% in the "good" category, and 0.7% in the "not good" category. |
