Abstract: Tlogo Resort merupakan salah satu kawasan rekreasi agrowisata yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas visualnya agar disukai wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian ini meliputi (1) Kondisi eksisting tapak/lanskap, (2) kualitas visual lanskap berdasarkan persepsi pengunjung, (3) memberi rekomendasi desain yang indah dan memperhatikan fungsi arsitektural. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini dengan melakukan observasi ke lapangan untuk mengetahui kondisi eksisting tapak/lanskap. Responden pengunjung diminta mengevaluasi kualitas visual area/spot, digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil yang disukai/tidak disukai. Analisis SBE dengan responden mahasiswa digunakan untuk mengetahui nilai kualitas visual dengan alternatif desain lanskap Tlogo Resort untuk menentukan desain yang direkomendasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lanskap Tlogo Resort terdiri dari 12 spot yang tersebar pada 5 area (Welcome Area, Ruang Terbuka Hijau, Cottage, Sirkulasi dan Parkir). Spot yang tidak disukai pengunjung meliputi spot 2.1 dengan nilai (40%), spot 3.2 (41,11%), spot 4.1 (44,44%) dan spot 5 (56,67%). Hasil metode SBE menunjukkan pada spot 2.1 desain 1 (70%), spot 3.2 desain 2 (68%), spot 4.1 desain 2 (78%) dan spot 5 desain 2 (69%) yang hasil nya lebih disukai. Dengan menerapkan prinsip desain (indah) dan fungsi arsitektural untuk vegetasi dan elemen pendukung.
Tlogo Resort is one of the agro-tourism recreation areas that needs to improve its visual quality so that tourists like it. The objectives of this research include (1) the existing condition of the site/landscape, (2) the visual quality of the landscape based on visitors perceptions, and (3) providing design recommendations that are beautiful and pay attention to architectural functions. The descriptive qualitative research method is used by conducting field observations to determine the existing condition of the site/landscape. Visitor respondents were asked to evaluate the visual quality of the area/land, used to determine favorable/unfavorable results. SBE analysis with student respondents was used to determine the value of visual quality with alternative Tlogo Resort landscape designs to determine the recommended design. The results showed that the Tlogo Resort landscape comprises of 12 spots spread across five areas (Welcome Area, Green Open Space, Cottage, Circulation, and Parking). Spots that visitors do not like include spot 2.1 with a value of (40%), spot 3.2 (41.11%), spot 4.1 (44.44%), and spot 5 (56.67%). The results of the SBE method show that spot 2.1 design 1 (70%), spot 3.2 design 2 (68%), spot 4.1 design 2 (78%), and spot 5 design 2 (69%) are preferred. Applying design principles (beautiful) and architectural functions for vegetation and its supporting elements.
