Abstract: This research is a correlation research aimed to explore significant relationship between family stmctures, economics capabiliy, and parent's attention with students' academic achievement in SD Ujung-Ujung 02 Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang, Using this model, it is expected to find significant relation of each independent variable to the dependent one. In this context, the independent variables are family structures, economics capabiliy, and parent's attention, while the dependent variable is students' academic achievement. There are 70 students involved as the research subjects consists of 3rd to 6th grade students. Data taken by questionnaires. Results of this research show that there is no significant relationship between family structures and economics capabiliy with students' academic achievement. Students' academic achievement tends to be more determined by the student's personal ability rather than their family structures. There is a positive significant relationship between parent's attentions to their children's education with students' academic achievement. The higher the parent's attentions to their children's education, the higher students' academic achievement
