Abstract: | Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa campuran kompos cair dengan penambahan kulit pisang dan kulit ubi terhadap pertumbuhan, produktivitas, dan kuantitas kale red ruble (Brassica napus var. pabularia),serta mengetahui perlakuan yang mampu menghasilkan kale red ruble dengan produktivitas dan kualitas tanaman tertinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) 4 perlakuan campuran beberapa bahan kompos cair yaitu urin+susu sapi+telur ayam kampung (Formula Natanael), urin+susu sapi+telur ayam kampung+kulit pisang (FNat+KU), urin+susu sapi+telur ayam kampung+kulit pisang (FNat+KP), urin+susu sapi+telur ayam kampung+kulit pisang+kulit ubi (FNat+KU+KP) yang diulang enam kali dan dikalikan dua untuk uji kuantitas dan kualitas, sehingga didapatkan satuan percobaan 48 satuan percobaan. Uji vitamin C sebagai parameter kualitas, parameter produktivitas berupa indeks panen berangkasan basah dan rasio R/S, dan parameter pertumbuhan berupa jumlah daun, tinggi tanaman, dan diameter batang. Data dianalisis dengan uji sidik ragam Anova. Berdasarkan hasil uji sidik ragam, campuran beberapa bahan kompos memiliki pengaruh nyata pada parameter pertumbuhan, kemudian pada produktivitas berpengaruh nyata pada parameter berangkasan basah akar, namun tidak berbeda nyata untuk indeks panen, rasio R/S, kemudian pada kandungan vitamn C menunjukkan hasil yang berpengaruh nyata, rerata terbaik pada perlakuan campuran urin+susu sapi+telur ayam kampung+kulit ubi (FNat+KU). This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of several mixtures of liquid compost with the addition of banana peel and sweet potato peel on the growth, productivity, and quantity of red ruble kale (Brassica napus var. pabularia), as well as identifying the treatment that can produce red ruble kale with the highest productivity and plant quality. The research method used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 4 treatments of mixed compost materials, namely urine+cow milk+free-range chicken egg (Natanael Formula), urine+cow milk+free-range chicken egg+banana peel (FNat+KP), urine+cow milk+free-range chicken egg+banana peel (FNat+KP), urine+cow milk+free-range chicken egg+banana peel+sweet potato peel (FNat+KP+KP), repeated six times and multiplied by two for quantity and quality testing, resulting in 48 experimental units. Vitamin C test was used as a quality parameter, productivity parameters included wet weight harvest index and R/S ratio, and growth parameters included leaf number, plant height, and stem diameter. Data were analyzed using Anova variance test. Based on the results of the variance test, the mixture of several compost materials had a significant effect on growth parameters, and then had a significant effect on productivity parameters such as wet weight harvest index, but did not show a significant difference for harvest index, R/S ratio. In terms of vitamin C content, it showed significant results, while for anthocyanin parameters, the best results were obtained from the treatment of urine+cow milk+free-range chicken egg+sweet potato peel (FNat+KU). |
