Abstract: | This research aims to analyse the current implementation of guidance counsellor supervision, identify the weaknesses in the current guidance counsellor supervision, and develop the PRIDE supervision model using a Comprehensive Guidance and Counselling approach to enhance the professionalism of guidance counsellors. The research follows the research and development method by Borg & Gall, up to the fifth stage, including Research and information, Planning, Developing the Primary Form of the Product, Preliminary Field, and Main Product Revision. Data collection techniques involve interviews, questionnaires, and document studies. Qualitative data analysis utilizes the Miles & Huberman model, while quantitative data analysis involves descriptive quantitative analysis by calculating averages and categorization. The results indicate that the current implementation of guidance counsellor supervision is still equated with subject teachers, thus, the impact on the professional development of guidance counsellors is limited. The PRIDE Supervision Model for guidance counsellors is developed with a Comprehensive Guidance and Counselling approach, consisting of a supervision model diagram, explanations of each supervision stage, and supervision instruments. This model has been validated by experts and tested on a limited scale with very positive results, making it ready for use. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan dan kelemahan supervisi Guru BK saat ini, dan mengembangkan model supervisi PRIDE dengan pendekatan BK Komprehensif dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas Guru BK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan Borg & Gall sampai dengan pada tahap ke lima yaitu Research & Information, Planning, Develop Primary Form of Product, Preliminary Field, dan Main Product Revision dengan pendekatan mix method. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, angket dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualititatif menggunakan model Miles & Huberman, sedangkan teknik analisis kuantitatif menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menghitung rerata dan pengkategorian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi guru BK saat ini masih disamakan dengan guru mata pelajaran, dengan demikian, supervisi terhadap guru BK kurang berdampak pada pengembangan profesionalisme guru BK. Model Supervisi PRIDE untuk Guru BK dikembangkan dengan pendekatan BK Komprehensif yang terdiri dari gambar model supervisi, penjelasan setiap tahapan supervisi, dan instrumen supervisi. Model ini sudah divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan sudah diujicobakan secara terbatas dengan hasil sangat baik, sehingga model ini sudah dapat digunakan. |
