Abstract: | Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dunia pendidikan mengalami tuntutan perubahan terhadap kompetensi lulusan. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan lulusan yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan dan tantangan jaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Kurikulum Merdeka dalam upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMPS Kalam Kudus Selatpanjang, Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian evaluasi ini mengunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process dan Product) yang dikembangkan oleh Stuffebean. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi dokumen, observasi, wawancara, angket dan FGD (Forum Group Discussion). Data divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Evaluasi konteks sesuai dengan kriteria kewajaran. P5 dilatarbelakangi adanya kebijakan pemerintah dan dukungan dari Yayasan Kalam Kudus Pusat. Tujuan P5 untuk pembentukan karakter sesuai Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Pedoman yang digunakan adalah panduan dari pemerintah dan terdapat kerjasama dengan berbagi pihak. 2) Evaluasi masukan sesuai kriteria kecukupan, SMPS Kalam Kudus memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Modul dikembangkan berdasarkan situasi, kondisi dan kebutuhan siswa. Sebagian besar guru di SMPS memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam mengimplementasikan P5 IKM. 3) Evaluasi proses, sesuai dengan kriteria kesesuaian. Pelaksanaan P5 berjalan sesuai dengan tahap dan alur dalam panduan, sekolah menyediakan dana serta melakukan monitoring. 4) Evaluasi produk, sesuai dengan kriteria kesesuaian karena siswa mengalami perkembangan karakter mengenai gotong royong, kreatif, berfikir kritis dan kesadaran berwirausaha. Along with the development of science and technology, the world of education is experiencing changing demands on graduate competencies. Therefore, we need a supply that is able to answer the needs and challenges of the times. The aim of this research is to analyze the Independent Curriculum Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project in an effort to improve the quality of education at SMPS Kalam Kudus Selatpanjang, Riau. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. This evaluation research uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation model developed by Stuffebean. Data collection was carried out through document study, observation, interviews, questionnaires and FGD (Forum Group Discussion). Data were validated by triangulation of sources and techniques. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman Model. The research results show that: 1) Context evaluation is in accordance with reasonableness criteria. P5 is motivated by government policy and support from the Central Kalam Kudus Foundation. Goal P5 is to build character according to the Pancasila Student Profile. The guidelines used are guidelines from the government and there is collaboration with sharing parties. 2) Evaluation of input according to adequacy criteria, SMPS Kalam Kudus has adequate facilities and infrastructure. Modules are developed based on students' situations, conditions and needs. Most teachers at SMPS have good competence in implementing P5 IKM. 3) Evaluation process, in accordance with suitability criteria. The implementation of P5 runs according to the stages and flow in the guide, the school provides funds and carries out monitoring. 4) Product evaluation, in accordance with welfare criteria because students experience character development regarding mutual cooperation, creativity, critical thinking and entrepreneurial awareness. |
