Early childhood is a group of people who are in the process of development and growth. Motoric abilities are very important to develop, especially in fine motor skills, but there are still some problems related to children's fine motor skills that have not been maximized which are the background in this study. This type of research is class action (class room action research). With Kurt Lewin's theory with four components of planning (planning), observation (observing), observation (observing) and reflection (reflection). This classroom action research was carried out at the Satria Tunas Bangsa KB/Kindergarten school, Salatiga. Observation data collection techniques, documentation, and tests contained in the indicators. With a qualitative and quantitative approach. In this study there were pre-cycle and cycle 1 where in the pre-cycle the researcher collected initial information in the field in order to see fine motor skills in children before taking action at the next stage. To follow up on the pre-cycle, cycle 1 was held, the results obtained were an increase in cycle 1. Playing play dough and loose parts there was an increase in the percentage of fine motor skills in each indicator. From the results of the research above, it can be seen that there was an increase after being given action in cycle I compared to the pre-cycle stage. Where is the percentage that there are 6 children in a fairly developed stage with a percentage (50%) and 6 children in a very developed stage with a percentage (50%).
