Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi dengan Menggunakan Metode TOGAF pada SMA Negeri 1 Tengaran

Abstract

Pendidikan diperlukan bagi setiap orang untuk mengidealkan dan menciptakan potensi mereka. Pendidikan bukan hanya perolehan pengetahuan, tetapi juga informasi, penilaian dan esensi. Mempersiapkan seseorang dalam menghadapi dunia pekerjaan agar menghasilkan seseorang yang berkualitas dan mampu serta dapat mengembangkan skill yang mereka punya untuk diasah agar maksimal. Namun hal tersebut juga harus diimbangi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi yang semakin berkembang saat ini, yang dapat mempermudah siswa atau guru untuk menciptakan kualitas dan mengembangkan siswa. Penelitian ini fokus pada analisis mengenai “Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi dengan Metode TOGAF di SMA Negeri 1 Tengaran” Melalui pendekatan ini, peneliti mengidentifikasi nilai tambah dalam rantai nilai organisasi, menganalisis kekuatan persaingan melalui kerangka Five Force Factor Porter, dan menilai portofolio sistem informasi dengan metode McFarlan. Hasil analisis ini menjadi dasar untuk merumuskan dokumen perencanaan strategis yang akan memandu implementasi sistem informasi di sekolah ini.

Education is necessary for everyone to idealize and create their potential. Education is not only the acquisition of knowledge, but also information, judgment, and essence. Preparing someone in the world of work to produce graduates who are qualified and capable and can develop the skills they have to hone to the fullest. However, this must also be balanced with the use of technology that is currently developing, which can make it easier for students or teachers to create quality and develop students. This study discusses "The Information System Strategic Planning Using the TOGAF Method at Negeri 1 Tengaran Senior High School” Through this approach, researchers identify added value in the organization's value chain, analyze competitive forces through Porter's Five Force Factor framework, and assess the information systems portfolio using the McFarlan method. The results of this analysis are the basis for formulating a strategic planning document that will guide the implementation of information systems in this school.
