DESKRIPSI PERILAKU KEKERASAN YANG DILAKUKAN ANAK BROKEN HOME DI KOTA SALATIGA

Abstract

Perilaku kekerasan dapat terjadi pada setiap individu, salah satunya pada anak broken home. Masalah yang terjadi pada keluarga seperti pertengkaran dan perceraian, sangat mempengaruhi psikologi pada anak. Anak dapat mengalami perubahan pada emosi, kepribadian, perilaku, serta gangguan lain seperti menjadi pelaku kekerasan untuk diri sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis tingkat perilaku kekerasan pada anak broken home. Terdapat 4 anak remaja yang menjadi partisipan pada penelitian ini, yang didapat dari hasil mini survei yang dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner sesuai kriteria inklusi partisipan yaitu: a) Anak usia remaja 12 - 18 tahun, b) Berstatus anak broken home, c) Rentan waktu orang tua bercerai sekitar 2 - 3 tahun terakhir. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Analisa data dilakukan colaizzi method. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan empat tema besar yaitu 1) pengalaman traumatik didalam keluarga dengan dua subtema, menyaksikan pertengkaran dan kekerasan di dalam keluarga, serta perceraian orang tua, 2) menjadi pelaku kekerasan terhadap diri sendiri dan orang lain, 3) mekanisme koping yang muncul terhadap situasi keluarga, dan 4) hubungan orang tua-anak pasca perpisahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh anak broken home berdampak terhadap dirinya sendiri dan juga orang lain, karena adanya pengalaman traumatik yang dirasakan di dalam keluarga. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa anak broken home memiliki perilaku kekerasan yang dilakukan terhadap dirinya maupun juga orang lain.

Violent behavior can occur in every individual, one of which is children from broken homes. Problems that occur in the family, such as arguments and divorce, greatly affect children's psychology. Children can experience changes in emotions, personality, behavior, and other disorders such as becoming perpetrators of violence against themselves, others and their environment. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the level of violent behavior in children from broken homes. There were 4 teenagers who were participants in this research, which was obtained from the results of a mini survey conducted by distributing questionnaires according to the participant inclusion criteria, namely: a) Teenagers aged 12 - 18 years, b) Status of children from a broken home, c) Vulnerable to people's time parents divorced in the last 2 - 3 years. Data collection uses interview techniques. Data analysis was carried out by the Colaizzi method. From this research, four major themes were found, namely 1) traumatic experiences in the family with two sub-themes, witnessing arguments and violence in the family, as well as parents' divorce, 2) being the perpetrator of violence against oneself and others, 3) coping mechanisms that emerged against family situation, and 4) parent-child relationships after separation. The results of the research show that violent behavior carried out by children from broken homes has an impact on themselves and other people, because of the traumatic experiences felt within the family. It can be concluded that children from broken homes have violent behavior carried out against themselves and other people.
