Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of compensation, job satisfaction,and organizational commitment. This research used a total of 74 employees at PT Jaleca Kudus. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The research results state that compensation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction, and organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment through job satisfaction.
