Abstract: Kinerja adalah suatu hasil dari tindakan karyawan yang telah menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaannya di dalam lingkup sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja karyawan di Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado melalui gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan motivasi kerja. sampel yang digunakan adalah 64 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda, pada proses pengolahannya dibantu dengan software Statistical Packagei for thei Social Scieinceis (SPSS) versi 23. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner. Berdasarkan pengujian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado. This research aims to examine the influence of employee performance at the Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado through democratic leadership style and work motivation. The sample used was 64 employees. The sampling technique used in this research used saturated sampling. The analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, the processing process is assisted bysoftware Statistical Packagei for thei Social Scieinceis (SPSS) version 23. Data collection techniques were obtained from questionnaires. Based on testing, research results show that leadership style and work motivation influence employee performance at the Kantor Otoritas Bandar Udara Wilayah VIII Manado.
