Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kerjasama tim dan kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda, pada proses pengolahannya dibantu dengan software Statistical Packagei for thei Social Scieinceis (SPSS) versi 23. Berdasarkan pengujian hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan House Sangkuriang Bandung. 2) Kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sikap disiplin yang dimiliki karyawan House Sangkuriang Bandung membuat karyawan selalu mematuhi peraturan-peraturan dan melaksanakan kewajiban sesuai dengan yang seharusnya. 3) kerjasama tim dan kedisiplinan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan House Sangkuriang Bandung. This research aims to examine the effect of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance. The number of samples used in this research was 90 people. The analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression, the processing process is assisted by software Statistical Packagei for thei Social Scieinceis (SPSS) version 23.
