Abstract: The purpose of this research is to test the influence of self-efficacy and learning agility on technostress, to test the influence of technostress, social support, and organizational support on the performance of sub-district employees, the influence of self-efficacy and learning agility on the performance of sub-district employees mediated by technostress, to test the influence of technostress on employee performance sub-district moderated by social support and organizational support. The research method used in this research is explanatory quantitative, with a sample size of 96 employees in the sub-district environment who work in the administration (computer) department in the Tengaran and Pabelan Districts. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire and the data analysis tool used is SmartPLS 4. The research results show that technostress and learning agility have an effect on employee performance, while self efficacy does no effect on employee performance and technostress, learning agility does no effect on technostress, self efficacy and learning agility have no effect on employee performance mediated by technostress, technostress has no effect on employee performance moderated by social support and organizational support.
