Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic, has caused concerns among business owners and has had an effect on health, education, and even the economy. When faced with such a circumstance, it takes personal readiness, resilience, and adversity quotient to conduct business. This study will go over the challenges faced by Mr. Pithik's entrepreneur while running his business, the adversity quotient driving factors in Mr. Pithik's business, how is the adversity quotient of Mr. Pithik's business owner in maintaining business sustainability, and what’s the sustainability of Mr. Pithik's business when using the adversity quotient. The type of data used in this research is qualitative, the source of the data in this study comes from the owner of Mister Pithik who was conducted using the interview method. Pandemi Covid-19, telah menimbulkan kekhawatiran di kalangan pemilik usaha dan berdampak pada kesehatan, pendidikan, bahkan perekonomian.Menghadapi situasi seperti ini, dibutuhkan kesiapan dan ketahanan individu dalam menghadapinya, sehingga penting bagi para wirausaha usaha untuk memiliki adversity quotient dalam menjalankan usahanya. Penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha Mister Pithik saat menjalankan usahanya, faktor pendorong adversity quotient pada pelaku usaha Mister Pithik, bagaimana adversity quotient pada pelaku usaha Mister Pithik dalam menjaga keberlangsungan usahanya, dan seperti apa keberlangsungan usaha Mister Pithik ketika menggunakan adversity quotient. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitiani ini adalah kualitatif, sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari pemilik Mister Pithik yang dilakukan dengan metode wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adversity quotient yang dimiliki T dan B mampu menciptakan keberlangsungan usaha.
