Abstract: e-katalog merupakan aplikasi belanja online yang ada karena perkembangan teknologi. Hadirnya e-katalog membantu proses pengadaan barang dan jasa di sektor pemerintahan menggantikan sistem tender/lelang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, persepsi kemudahan pengguna, dan persepsi manfaat menggunakan e-katalog dengan pengalaman kepuasan serta keterlibatan e-katalog sebagai variable mediator. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penilitian kuantittif yang berfokus pada populasi dan sampel sebab akibatnya setiap variabel. Terdapat 114 sampel yang digunakan dan didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form kepada konsumen yang merupakan pejabat PPK di Instansi pemerintahan. Selain itu, hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa keterlibatan e-katalog yang menjadi variabel mediator memiliki pengaruh yang positif kepada kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem serta persepsi kemudahan terhadap minat beli konsumen. Selain itu, persepsi manfaat yang di mediasi oleh keterlibatan e-katalog tidak memiliki pengaruh bagi konsumen dalam meningkatkan minat beli. Pengalaman kepuasan yang dirasakan konsumen saat menggunakan e-katalog memiliki pengaruh positif kepada kualitas informasi, persepsi kemudahan serta persepsi manfaat terhadap minat beli. Namun, tidak berpengaruh kepada kualitas system terhadap minat beli.
E-catalog is an online shopping application that exists due to technological developments. The presence of e-catalog helps the procurement process of goods and services in the government sector replace the tender / auction system. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between variables of system quality, information quality, perception of user ease, and perception of benefits using e- catalog with satisfaction experience and involvement of e-catalog as mediator variables. This study is a type of quantitative research that focuses on thepopulation and the causal sample of each variable. There were 114 samples used and obtained from the distribution of questionnaires through google forms to consumers who are KDP officials in government agencies. In addition, the results of the analysis revealed that the involvement of e-catalogs which are mediator variables has a positive influence on information quality, system quality and ease perceptions of consumer buying interest. In addition, the perceived benefits mediated by the involvement of e-catalogs have no influence on consumers in increasing purchase interest. The satisfaction experience felt by consumers when using e-catalogs has a positive influence on the quality of information, the perception of convenience and the perception of benefits on buying interest. However, it does not affect the quality of the system on buying interest.
