Abstract: | Guidance and counseling supervision is a very central activity of the school principal, where through supervision activities the school counselors will gain new understanding. Guidance and counseling supervision also aims to develop the potential and resources of counselors in providing guidance and counseling services to students. This research aims to: 1) Describe the current implementation of guidance and counseling supervision in schools; 2) Describe the weaknesses in the current implementation of Guidance and counseling supervision in schools; c) Develop and describe a supervision model Blended on guidance and counseling services. The method used in this research is a Research and Development (RnD) approach mixed Methods. This research was conducted on school principals and junior high school guidance and school counselors in Grobogan Regency. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis technique that uses source triangulation. The product of this research is a supervision model Blended in guidance and counseling services consisting of: model books, and guidebooks for using Google Classroom media in supervision activities. The validation test results of the Guidance and counseling supervision expert are in the good category, and the validation test results of the information technology expert are in the very good category. Small-scale trials in this research were carried out on 3 school principals and 5 school counselors. The results of limited trials stated that the supervision model Blended on guidance and counseling services is in the very good category and it can then be interpreted that blended supervision in guidance and counseling services can improve the performance of school counselors. Supervisi bimbingan dan konseling (BK) merupakan aktivitas kepala sekolah yang sangat sentral, dimana melalui kegiatan supervisi guru BK akan memperoleh pemahaman yang baru. Supervisi bimbingan dan konseling juga bermaksud untuk mengembangkan potensi dan sumber daya konselor dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan supervisi Bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah saat ini; 2) Mendeskripsikan kelemahan pelaksanaan supervisi BK di sekolah saat ini; c) Mengembangkan dan mendeskripsikan model supervisi Blended pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan Pengembangan (RnD) dengan pendekatan mixed Methods. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap Kepala sekolah dan Guru BK SMP di Kabupaten Grobogan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Produk dari penelitian ini adalah model supervisi Blended pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang terdiri dari: buku model, dan buku panduan penggunaan media google classroom pada kegiatan supervisi. Hasil uji validasi ahli supervisi BK berada pada kategori baik, dan uji validasi ahli teknologi informasi berada pada kategori sangat baik. Uji coba skala kecil pada penelitian ini dilakukan pada 3 kepala sekolah dan 5 guru bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil uji coba terbatas dinyatakan bahwa model supervisi Blended pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling ini berada pada kategori sangat baik dan kemudian dapat dimaknai bahwa supervisi blended pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru bimbingan dan konseling. |
