Abstract: The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the potential benefits of agile manufacturing implementation by a Small-medium business that operates in manufacturing drinking water company in Bali. The analysis of the agile implementation is seen from the director’s experience and understanding of the implementation in the company. The resource person for this research is the director of the company. The analysis technique of the data in this study was purposed by Miles & Huberman, (1994). The analysis of the data is divided into three parts, which are: processing, presenting, and conclusion. The result of this study found that the implementation of Agile Manufacturing in this company increase the flexibility thus helps the company survive the Covid-19 Pandemic and market uncertainty.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan wawasan akan potensi manfaat penerapan Agile Manufacturing yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan kecil-menengah yang beroperasi di bidang manufaktur botol minum di Bali. Analisa penerapan Agile Manufacturing diambil dari pengalaman dan pemahaman direktur perusahaan. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikemukakan oleh Miles & Huberman, (1994) Dimana teknis analisis dibagi menjadi tiga bagian, yaitu: pengolahan, penyajian, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan Agile Manufacturing di perusahaan ini meningkatkan fleksibilitas yang membantu perusahaan bertahan akan adanya pandemi Covid-19 dan kondisi pasar yang tidak stabil.
