Abstract: Using a website as the identity of a company is common and Klinik Pratama Dr. Jo is one of the companies that use a website as an explanation of the company's identity you can do several things on the website, such as viewing available items and online booking. However, the website's appearance violates several existing design rules, starting from choosing colors that do not emphasize the identity of the clinic logo, and there is no contrast in the colors of some activities, which also becomes more difficult to understand by users. Therefore, data was collected from users using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method and it was found that the score on the Klinik Pratama Dr. Jo website is 41.8333 with a grade of “F”, a rating of “poor”, and has an acceptability range “not acceptable”. From this data, redesign research was carried out using the User Centered Design (UCD) method to prioritize the user as the center of the research. So data collection on users was carried out again on the results of the redesign using the SUS method and it was found that the score was 88.1667 with a grade of "B", a rating of "excellent", and an acceptability range of "acceptable".
