Pengaruh Electronic-Word Of Mouth (e-WOM) Pada Media Sosial TikTok Terhadap Minat Beli Produk Skincare Skintific Dengan Trust Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh e-WOM terhadap minat beli dan menguji pengaruh trust dalam hubungan e-WOM dan minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 orang. Responden penelitian ditujukan kepada seluruh masyarakat yang pernah melihat atau mencari informasi produk skincare Skintific pada media sosial TikTok. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah path analysis dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap trust. Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, dan e-WOM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Trust dapat memediasi hubungan antara e-WOM dengan minat beli.

This study aims to determine the effect of e-WOM on buying interest and examine the influence of trust in the relationship between e-WOM and buying interest. This research uses primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 110 people. Research respondents are aimed at all people who have seen or searched for information about Skintific skincare products on TikTok social media. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The methods used are path analysis and sobel test. The results of this research show that e WOM has a significant effect on trust. Trust has a significant effect on buying interest, and e-WOM has a significant effect on buying interest. Trust is able to mediate the relationship between e-WOM and purchase intention.
