Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran kerjasama tim dan tekanan waktu terhadap kinerja dengan komitmen afektif sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori yang menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi hipotesis peneliti. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Catatan Sipil dan Kependudukan Yogyakarta, Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Yogyakarta sebagai obyek penelitian dan populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 170 karyawan. Model pengujian penelitian menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan perangkat lunak pengolah data Smart-PLS versi 3.3.3. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kerjasama tim, tekanan waktu, dan komitmen afektif terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, terdapat pula pengaruh kerjasama tim dan tekanan waktu terhadap komitmen afektif, serta kerja sama tim dan tekanan waktu terhadap kinerja melalui peran mediasi komitmen afektif. Purpose this research find out the role of teamwork and time pressure on performance with affective commitment as intervening variables. This research used explanatory quantitative research that explained the correlation between the variables that influence the researcher's hypothesis. The research was conducted at the Offices of the Department of Civil Registration and Population Yogyakarta, the Department of Labor and Transmigration Yogyakarta as the research object and population. The sampling technique employed saturated sampling technique with a sampling technique when all members of the population were used as samples. The sample in this study involved 170 employees. The research testing model used SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS data processing software tools 3.3.3 version. it can be concluded that there is a significant impact of teamwork, time pressure, and affective commitment on performance. Additionally, there is also an influence of teamwork and time pressure on affective commitment, and teamwork and time pressure on performance through the mediating role of affective commitment.
