Manfaat Disiplin dan Motivasi Kerja Anemos Coffee Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

In the 2020 the Covid pandemic has spread to various business sectors. The impact of the pandemic itself has caused many business sectors to close. The closure of facilities in the various business sectors has had a huge impact on business thinking in the UMKM sectors, especially coffee shop. And during the pandemic there were differences in workers behavior at work relate to differences in employe dicpline and work motivation in carrying out work protocols. The focus of this research applied is a qualitative method. Research data was obtained through in dept interview with employees who work at Anemos Coffee. Its hope that the result of this research will help determine the factors that can encourage dicipline and work motivation in employees.

Pada tahun 2020 pandemic covid telah menyebar ke berbagai sektor usaha. Dampak dari pandemi sendiri menyebabkan banyak sektor usaha tutup. Pentutupan fasilitas di berbagai sektor usaha memberikan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap pemikiran bisnis di sektor UMKM, khususnya kedai kopi. Dan pada masa pandemi terdapat perbedaan perilaku pekerja dalam bekerja terkait dengan perbadaan disiplin pegawai dan motivasi kerja dalam menjalankan protokol kerja. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja terhadapa kinerja karyawan di Anemoss Coffee. Penelitian yang diterapkan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan yang bekerja di Anemos Coffee. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat mendorong kedisiplinan dan motivasi kerja pada karyawan.
