Abstract: | This research aims to identify the influence of digital competence and company training on employee performance with technostress as a mediating variable. The objects of this research are the outsourced employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tegal electrical energy transactions section. This research used a quantitative approach by taking 97 respondents. The instrument used was a questionnaire in the form of a Google form, and the analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that digital competence has a positive effect on technostress, company training has a positive effect on technostress, technostress has a positive effect on employee performance, digital competence has a positive effect on employee performance, company training has a positive effect on employee performance, the role of technostress partially mediates between the influence of digital competence on employee performance, as well as the role of technostress partially mediating the influence of company training on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kompetensi digital dan pelatihan perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan technostress sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan tenaga alih daya PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tegal bagian transaksi energi listrik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengambil respoden sebanyak 97. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dalam bentuk google form, dan teknik analisis yang diterapkan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap technostress, pelatihan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap technostress, technostress berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, peran technostress memediasi secara parsial antara pengatuh kompetensi digital terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta peran technostress memediasi secara parsial antara pengaruh pelatihan perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan. |
