Abstract: Asisten dosen di FEB UKSW memiliki peranan penting dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yang ada di FEB UKSW. Mengingat peranan penting yang dimiliki asisten dosen di FEB UKSW sehingga dirasa perlu untuk dilakukannya penelitian dan evaluasi terhadap kinerja asisten dosen di FEB UKSW dengan mempertimbangkan posisi asisten dosen di FEB UKSW sebagai anggota Korps Asisten Dosen FEB UKSW, individu, dan mahasiswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi dan work life balance terhadap kinerja asisten dosen di FEB UKSW. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian jenis kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research dengan menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada Asisten Dosen di FEB UKSW melalui platform G-Form dengan sampel 79 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi linier berganda melalui aplikasi pengolahan data IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan work life balance secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja asisten dosen di FEB UKSW.
Assistant lecturers at FEB SWCU have an important role in teaching and learning activities at FEB SWCU. Considering the important role that teaching assistants have at the FEB SWCU, it is felt necessary to carry out research and evaluation of the performance of teaching assistants at the FEB SWCU by considering the position of teaching assistants at the FEB SWCU as members of the FEB SWCU Lecturer Assistant Corps, individuals, and students. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture and work life balance on the performance of teaching assistants at FEB SWCU. This research is a quantitative type of research with an explanatory research method using primary data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to Assistant Lecturers at FEB SWCU via the G-Form platform with a sample of 79 respondents. This research uses analytical techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 20 data processing application. The results of this research show that organizational culture and work life balance partially or simultaneously have an influence on the performance of teaching assistants in FEB SWCU.
