Abstract: Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia selalu mengalami perubahan seiring dengan kondisi pendidikan di Indonesia. Salah satu perubahan tersebut ditunjukkan dengan adanya kurikulum baru yaitu Kurikulum Merdeka yang memiliki keterkaitan dengan pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia yang menyebabkan adanya penurunan karakter. Oleh sebab itu, dalam Kurikulum Merdeka terdapat program Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) yang menjadi salah satu pondasi dalam perbaikan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) kurikulum merdeka di SMP Stella Matutina Salatiga. Jenis pnelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP (context, input, process, product) menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi metode, dan triangulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian meliputi aspek context (konteks), input (masukan), process (proses), dan product (produk). Hasil penelitian pada aspek context (konteks) yaitu salah satu latar belakang dilaksanakannya program P5 serta sesuai kebutuhan dan kondisi sekolah. Pada aspek input (masukan) yaitu perencanaan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik; selain itu sumber daya manusia, sarana prasarana, dan pembiayaan telah memadai. Aspek process (proses) meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan hambatan. Persiapan dan pelaksanaan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hambatan-hambatan yang muncul selalu ditemukan solusi atas hambatan tersebut. Aspek product (produk) yaitu perkembangan karakter siswa telah terlihat dan memberikan dampak positif pada prestasi siswa.
Improving the quality of education in Indonesia is always changing along with the condition of education in Indonesia. One of these changes is demonstrated by the existence of a new curriculum, namely the Merdeka Curriculum, which is related to the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia which has caused a decline in character. Therefore, in the Merdeka Curriculum there is a Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) program which is one of the foundations for improving student character. This research aims to evaluate the Independent Curriculum Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) Project program at Stella Matutina Middle School, Salatiga. The type of research used is evaluation research with the CIPP model (context, input, process, product) using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. The data validity techniques used are source triangulation, method triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results include aspects of context, input, process and product. The results of research on the context aspect are one of the backgrounds for implementing the P5 program and are in accordance with the needs and conditions of the school. In the input aspect, namely planning has been carried out well; Apart from that, human resources, infrastructure and financing are adequate. The process aspect includes preparation, implementation and obstacles. Preparation and implementation have been carried out well. Solutions are always found for the obstacles. The product aspect, namely student character, has been shown and has had a positive impact on student achievement.
