Organizational health climate (OHC) is a crucial factor in determining the quality of education. Effective management of quality improvement tailored to specific needs can assist school principals in their pursuit of excellence within their educational institutions. This study aims to develop a model for quality improvement in education based on OHC that aligns with the needs of school principals. The model's development and evaluation employed the Borg and Gall model. The research subjects were school principals and vice principals in Salatiga City. Data collection techniques included interviews, document studies, and questionnaires. The research findings were analyzed using a mixed-methods approach involving quantitative and qualitative methodologies. This study yielded a model for quality improvement in education based on OHC. Field trials demonstrated that the model falls within the "very good" category with a 95% confidence level, indicating that the OHC-based quality improvement model is appropriate and effective for use by school principals. It is anticipated that school principals and educational institutions can utilize this model to enhance educational quality and improve their organizational climate.
