Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi program proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan model CSE-UCLA yang meliputi aspek: assessment program, planning program, implementation program, improvement program, dan certification program. Lokasi penelitian di SD Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa dan SDN Tlompakan 1 Tuntang. Sumber data berasal dari kepala sekolah/guru bidang kurikulum, guru kelas, peserta didik, dan orangtua peserta didik. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, studi dokumen, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Assessment program, P5 dilaksanakan sesuai visi, misi, dan tujuan. Tema dan macam proyek juga dipilih dari permasalahan di lingkungan sekitar dan kebutuhan peserta didik, proyek juga didukung orang tua murid; Planning program, kedua sekolah memiliki tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam P5 sehingga proyek berjalan dengan arah dan tujuan yang jelas; Implementasi program, guru memiliki strategi yang baik dalam menjalankan P5 namun perlu diadakan perbaikan dalam pensosialisasian program P5; Improvement program, perlu adanya perbaikan dalam pengadaan dokumentasi hasil monitoring supervisi; Certification program, tujuan program P5 tercapai dan semua pihak puas dengan adanya program P5, dan berdampak positif bagi peserta didik. The research purposes are to evaluate the program of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project. Evaluation with a qualitative approach, model used CSE-UCLA which includes aspects: assessment program, planning program, implementation program, improvement program, and certification program. Research place in SD Pangudi Luhur Ambarawa and SDN Tlompakan 1 Tuntang. Data sources from principals/curriculum teachers, class teachers, students, and parents of students. Data collection through interviews, document studies, and observation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative descriptive. The research showed that in the Assessment program, P5 is conducted according to vision, mission, and purpose. The themes and types of projects were also chosen based on the environmental issues and the needs of students, projects also supported by parents; Planning programs, both schools had goals that would be achieved in P5 so that the project would proceed with clear direction and goals; Program implementation, teachers have a good strategy in running P5 but improvements need to be made in the socialization of P5 programs; Improvement programs, need improvements in the procurement of supervision monitoring documentation; Certification programs, the goal of the P5 program was achieved and all parties were satisfied with the P5 program, and had a positive effect on students. |
