Abstract: | Hybrid software development is currently a trending approach, prompting research efforts to explore the integration of hybrid models in web-based software development. Given the problem background of the lack of a specific website platform for Student Online Complaint Services (LPM), the research aims to recommend website software supported by the integration of a hybrid model combining the Scrum and V-model methods, which is then named the Hybrid Scrum V Plus development model. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, analyzing data vulnerability during the development period, fundamental literature reviews related to theory and methods. The study is supported by justifications from domain experts in Computer Science (Information Systems) and Electrical Engineering and Informatics (Software Engineering), who play a crucial role in providing input and advice regarding system design, methodology, and validation of the hybrid Scrum V Plus model through discussions. The hybrid Scrum V Plus model plays a significant role in the success of software implementation compared to using each method separately, as employing only one development method has limitations. Therefore, the integration of hybrid models can compensate for the weaknesses of each method and leverage their strengths for the integration process, significantly impacting flexibility, adaptability, software efficiency, and the impact on structured documentation. The final outcome of the research is the creation of the LPM website as a representation of the utilization of the Hybrid Scrum V Plus Model. |
