Abstract: Employees play a very crucial role in the smooth operation of a company, because the success of a company often depends on the performance of individual employees. Attention to employee performance is important because this performance influences the achievement of the company's main targets as a whole. The main objective of this research is to determine the influence of each variable employee enrichment, employee safety, employee commitment on employee performance, moderated by psychological well-being. The research method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory type. The population that was the subject of this research was all 158 employees of the Concrete Company. This research involved a sample of 100 people as research subjects. The results of this research are as follows: employee enrichment has an effect on employee performance, employee safety has an effect on employee performance, employee commitment has an effect on employee performance, psychological well-being does not moderate the effect of employee enrichment on employee performance, employee safety has an effect on employee performance which is moderated by psychological well-being , employee commitment influences employee performance, moderated by psychological well-being. This research only covers three variables that influence employee performance. Therefore, further research is needed by adding other variables to provide a more complete contribution in the future.
Karyawan memainkan peran yang sangat krusial dalam kelancaran operasional sebuah perusahaan, karena keberhasilan perusahaan sering tergantung pada kinerja individu karyawan. Perhatian terhadap kinerja karyawan penting karena kinerja ini mempengaruhi pencapaian sasaran utama perusahaan secara keseluruhan.. Penelitian ini tujuan utama adalah untuk mengetahuhi pengaruh masing-masing variabel employee enrichment, employee safety, employee commitment terhadap employee performance di moderasi oleh psychological well-being. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatory. Populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perusahan Beton yang berjumlah 158 orang, penelitian ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 100 orang sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini hasilnay sebagai berikut employee enrichment berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, employee safety berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, employee commitment berpengaruh terhadap employee performance, psychological well-being tidak memoderasi pengaruh employee enrichment terhadap employee performance, employee safety berpengaruh terhadap employee performance dimoderasi psychological well-being, employee commitment berpengaruh terhadap employee performance dimoderasi psychological well-being, Penelitian ini hanya mencakup tiga variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan diperlukan dengan menambahkan variabel lain untuk memberikan kontribusi yang lebih lengkap di masa mendatang.
