Abstract: An efficient sales information system and proper sales performance evaluation are two key factors for a company's success in a competitive industry. This study aims to analyze and design an optimal sales information system and introduce a sales performance evaluation approach based on the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). The FAHP method is used to overcome uncertainty and subjectivity in evaluating sales performance, while the planned sales information system is designed to increase efficiency, timeliness and accuracy in the sales process. The research results show that the use of FAHP in evaluating sales performance can provide better insight and more appropriate decisions, while the designed sales information system can increase productivity and facilitate better decision making in the company.
