Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi supervisi akademis untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru. Supervisi sekolah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode evaluasi model CIPP (Context, input, process dan product) Penelitian dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Yapsi. Dengan subyek/informen terdiri dari pengawas, kepala sekolah dan guru. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan data penelitian dilakukan triangulasi perpanjangan waktu dan penambahan responden dari unsur guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi konteks dari sisi latar belakang, tujuan dan sasaran supervisi akademik dipandang relevan dalam peningkatan kinerja guru. Evaluasi input supervisi akademis didukung SDM pengawas, anggaran dan sarana prasarana pendidikan di sekolah Evaluasi proses menunjukan bahwa supervisi dapat dilakukan secara efektif sejak perencanaan, pelaksanaan analisis hasil dan tindak lanjut. Evaluasi produk supervisi pendidikan menunjukkan bahwa para guru telah menyusun RPP, pembelajaran dan evaluasi dengan efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar melaksanakan supervisi akademis menggunakan aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate academic supervision to improve teacher performance. School supervision is carried out to improve the quality of education. This research approach is qualitative with the CIPP model evaluation method (Context, input, process and product) The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Yapsi. With subjects / information consisting of supervisors, principals and teachers. Data collection techniques use documentation studies, observations and interviews. To increase the confidence of the research data, triangulation of time extension and addition of respondents from the teacher element was carried out. The results showed that the evaluation of the context in terms of background, goals and objectives of academic supervision was seen as relevant in improving teacher performance. Evaluation of academic supervision input supported by supervisory human resources, budget and educational infrastructure in schools Process evaluation shows that supervision can be carried out effectively since planning, implementing result analysis and follow-up. Evaluation of educational supervision products shows that teachers have prepared lesson plans, learning and evaluation effectively. This study recommends carrying out academic supervision using information technology-based applications.
