Video Feature "Produksi Konveksi Rumahan" Sebagai Talent Coordinator

Abstract

Produksi video ini dilakukan dikonveksi rumahan yang terletak di Desa Pulutan RT.03/RW.03, Kelurahan Pulutan, Kecamatan Sidorejo, Kota Salatiga. Produksi konveksi rumahan ini telah berdiri sejak tahun 2017 sampai sekarang. Pengelola bisnis ini adalah seorang ibu rumah tangga yang awalnya bekerja sebagai sales kaos kaki dengan berkeliling menjual produk kaos kakinya ke pasar. Berawal dari sales tersebut akhirnya seiring berjalanya waktu, pada tahun 2017 bisa memproduksi sendiri produk produk kaos kaki yang dijualnya. Kaos kaki yang di produksi disini juga terdiri dari berbagai varian dan inovasi. Mulai dari jenis kaos kaki sekolah (SD, SMP, SMA), kaos kaki hijab, kaos kaki anak anak atau balita, kaos kaki pekerja kantor dan sebagainya. Tidak hanya itu, dengan mengikuti perkembangan zaman, konveksi ini juga memproduksi mulai dari kaos tangan, kaos tangan paskibra, kaos tangan proyek, deker tangan, buff muka dan masih banyak lagi. Konveksi ini berdiri karena terinspirasi dari lingkungan tempat tinggalnya yang susah mencari pekerjaan dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dengan hidup hanya sebatas menyelesaikan pekerjaan rumah tangganya, akhirnya dengan berbekal ilmu dan keahlian menjahit mencoba membuka produksi konveksi rumahan ini. Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk mempromosikan produksi konveksi UMKM dan membantu perekonomian ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Perancangan ini di kemas sedemikian rupa sehingga menjadi sebuah video feature produksi konveksi rumahan.

This video production was carried out at a home convection located in Pulutan Village RT.03/RW.03, Pulutan Village, Sidorejo District, Salatiga City. This home convection production has been established since 2017 until now. The manager of this business is a housewife who initially worked as a sock salesman by going around selling sock products to the market. Starting from these sales, over time, in 2017, he was able to produce his own sock products that he sold. The socks produced here also consist of various variants and innovations. Starting from types of school socks (elementary school, middle school, high school), hijab socks, children's or toddler socks, office workers' socks and so on. Not only that, keeping up with the times, this convection also produces hand t-shirts, paskibra hand t-shirts, project hand t-shirts, hand protectors, face buffs and many more. This convection was founded because it was inspired by the environment where it was difficult to find work and housewives whose lives were limited to completing their household work, finally, armed with knowledge and sewing skills, they tried to open this home convection production. This design aims to promote MSME convection production and help the economy of housewives. This design is packaged in such a way that it becomes a feature video produced by home convection.
