Abstract: Konflik berkepanjangan di Yaman memicu krisis kemanusiaan yang parah, terutama bagi anak-anak. United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) melalui program Humanitarian Action for Children (HAC) berupaya melindungi hak-hak anak di Yaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya UNICEF melalui HAC dalam melindungi hak-hak anak korban perang di Yaman (2019-2023). Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan data sekunder dan primer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UNICEF memiliki otoritas internasional, moral, dan keahlian untuk melindungi hak-hak anak di Yaman. Program HAC mencakup berbagai aspek seperti gizi, kesehatan, air, sanitasi, perlindungan anak, pendidikan, dan perlindungan sosial. Meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti kepentingan nasional yang berkonflik dan hambatan logistik, UNICEF terus berupaya keras memberikan bantuan lintas sektor untuk menangani krisis kemanusiaan di Yaman.
The prolonged conflict in Yemen has triggered a severe humanitarian crisis, especially for children. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) through the Humanitarian Action for Children (HAC) program seeks to protect the rights of children in Yemen. This research aims to analyze UNICEF's efforts through HAC in protecting the rights of child victims of war in Yemen (2019-2023). The method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary and primary data. The research results show that UNICEF has the international authority, morals, and expertise to protect children's rights in Yemen. The HAC program covers various aspects such as nutrition, health, water, sanitation, child protection, education and social protection. Despite facing various challenges such as conflicting national interests and logistical obstacles, UNICEF continues to strive to provide cross-sector assistance to address the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
