Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara manajemen keberagaman, kepuasan kerja, dan kreativitas karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. pengujian data diperoleh menggunakan PLS-SEM Ver.4 dengan total responden sebanyak 140. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (i) manajemen keberagaman berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja; (ii) manajemen keberagaman berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas karyawan; (iii) manajemen keberagaman berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (iv) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan;(v) kreativitas karyawan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (vi) kepuasan kerja berperan sebagai variabel mediasi bagi manajemen keberagaman terhadap kinerja karyawan; (vii) kreativitas karyawan tidak berperan sebagai variabel mediasi bagi manajemen keberagaman terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Kata kunci: Manajemen Keberagaman,Kepuasan Kerja, Kreativitas Karyawan, Kinerja Karyawan The purpose of this study is to examine the direct and indirect influence between diversity management, job satisfaction, and employee creativity on employee performance. Data testing was obtained using PLS-SEM Ver.4 with a total of 140 respondents. The results of this study prove that: (i) wealth management affects job satisfaction; (ii) diversity management affects employee creativity; (iii) diversity management affects employee performance; (iv) job satisfaction affects employee performance; (v) employee creativity has no effect on employee performance; (vi) job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable for diversity management of employee performance; (vii) employee creativity does not act as a mediating variable for diversity management of employee performance.
