Abstract: | This research aims to design a computerized accounting information system
at DH Cell. The data used in this research are primary data obtained through
observations and interviews with the owner of DH Cell, and secondary data in the
form of transaction record books and a list of goods. Microsoft Access is the
application used to design the accounting information system. The design starts
with determining entities and their relationships, designing tables, queries, forms,
reports, and a switchboard. There are ten tables in the design: inventory table, cash
table, sales table, sales detail table, purchase table, expense table, purchase detail
table, customer table, supplier table, and employee table. Five queries are
designed: sales query, sales detail query, purchase query, purchase detail query,
and profit and loss query. Eight forms are designed: inventory form, cash form,
sales form, purchase form, expense form, customer form, supplier form, and
employee form. The reports designed include inventory report, cash report, sales
report, purchase report, expense report, customer report, supplier report, employee
report, and profit and loss report. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi terkomputerisasi pada DH Cell. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang didapat melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik DH Cell dan data sekunder berupa buku catatan transaksi dan buku daftar barang. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi adalah Microsoft Access. Perancangan dimulai dari penentuan entitas dan relasinya, perancangan table, perancangan query, perancangan form, perancangan report, dan perancangan switchboard. Terdapat sepuluh table dalam perancangan yaitu table persediaan barang, table kas, table penjualan, table detail penjualan, table pembelian, table beban, table detail pembelian, table pelanggan, table pemasok, dan table karyawan. Terdapat lima query yang dirancang yaitu query penjualan, query detail penjualan, query pembelian, query detail pembelian, dan query laba rugi. Terdapat delapan form yang dirancang yaitu form persediaan barang, form kas, form penjualan, form pembelian, form beban, form pelanggan, form pemasok, dan form karyawan. Report yang dirancang terdiri dari report persediaan barang, report kas, report penjualan, report pembelian, report beban, report pelanggan, report pemasok, report karyawan, dan report laba rugi. |
