Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Penerapan Pemasaran Digital Terhadap Kinerja UMKM dengan Persepsi Perilaku Konsumen Sebagai Mediator dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 30 UMKM dengan populasi UMKM di Kota Salatiga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) pemasaran digital berdampak terhadap kinerja UMKM; (ii) Persepsi Perilaku Konsumen Memediasi Pengaruh digitalisasi marketing Terhadap Kinerja UMKM. The purpose of this study was to examine The Effect of Implementing Digital Marketing on MSME Performance with Consumer Behavior Perceptions as a Mediator using quantitative methods. The study used a sample of 30 MSME with a population of MSME in Salatiga City. The result of this study show that (i) digital marketing has an impact on MSME performance; (ii) Consumer Behavior Perceptions Mediate the Effect of Marketing Digitalization on MSME Performance. |
