Abstract: | Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan peranan mediasi kepuasan kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif pendekatan explanatory research dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 84 responden karyawan UMKM Argotelo. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan (Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Method) PLS SEM 3.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (i) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (ii) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (iii) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kepemimpinan; (iv) kompensasi finansial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kepemimpinan; (v) kepuasan kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; (vi) kepuasan kepemimpinan memediasi pengaruh antara motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja; (vii) kepuasan kepemimpinan memediasi pengaruh antara kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja. This study aims to test the effect of intrinsic motivation and financial compensation on employee performance with the mediating role of leadership satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative method of explanatory research approach with a research sample of 84 respondents of Argotelo UMKM employees. The analysis in this study uses (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Method) PLS SEM 3.0. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: (i) intrinsic motivation affects employee performance; (ii) financial compensation affects employee performance; (iii) intrinsic motivation affects leadership satisfaction; (iv) financial compensation affects leadership satisfaction; (v) leadership satisfaction affects employee performance; (vi) leadership satisfaction mediates the effect between intrinsic motivation on performance; (vii) leadership satisfaction mediates the effect between financial compensation on performance. |
