In discussing the rapid technological advancements of today, Denmark is one of the countries that advanced in technological development. But behind their rapid technological development, they have experienced major cyber-crime incidents, such as the APT28 hacker group's attack on the Danish Ministry of Defense's email, the ransomware attack on the Maersk Company, etc. These cases made Denmark's cybersecurity vulnerable to cyber-crime attacks. This led the Danish government to invest heavily in developing technology by introducing the Techplomacy. Techplomacy itself is a form of digital diplomacy that focuses on improving cybersecurity and disinformation, combating online terrorism, protecting online privacy, and responsible development of artificial intelligence. Given that there have been cases of cybersecurity breaches for several years in Denmark, the researcher focuses on the formation of the Innovation Centre Denmark which is expected to become a forum for exchanging knowledge and technological resources in building the Danish government's cybersecurity resilience. |
