Rekayasa Kebutuhan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Kursus LPK Media Citra Mandiri Menggunakan Prototype Development Process Model

Abstract

Peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam proses administrasi dan operasional lembaga pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis dan implementasi tata kelola operasional yang baik. Begitu juga dengan lembaga kursus LPK Media Citra Mandiri yang ingin mengadopsi teknologi dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Saat ini, LPK Media Citra Mandiri menghadapi beberapa kendala yaitu proses pendaftaran kursus yang belum terintegrasi yang menyebabkan proses administrasi menjadi lebih tidak efisien dan memakan waktu lebih lama. Selain itu, LPK sulit untuk mempromosikan program mereka kepada masyarakat karena belum ada website sistem informasi, yang pada akhirnya menghambat pertumbuhan dan kualitas layanan pada lembaga tersebut. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat membuat proses pendaftaran kursus lebih efisien, pengelolaan data yang terintegrasi, meningkatkan kualitas layanan, dan mempermudah melakukan promosi. Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis rekayasa kebutuhan yaitu metode System Engineering Life Cycle dan dalam penelitian ini akan fokus pada tahapan concept development. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan kebutuhan awal dan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website. Selanjutnya evaluasi prototype dilakukan menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) untuk melakukan pengukuran kepuasan pengguna, hasil yang diperoleh akan digunakan sebagai perbaikan pada rancangan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, terlihat bahwa sistem dapat diterima dengan hasil yang baik dengan nilai overall yaitu mendapatkan rata-rata 1,51 yang menunjukkan hasil baik (Good) sehingga desain sistem ini dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem informasi pendaftaran kursus LPK Media Citra Mandiri.

Increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative and operational processes of educational institutions is an important factor in facing business challenges and implementing good operational governance. Likewise, the LPK Media Citra Mandiri course institution wants to adopt technology to improve service to customers. Currently, LPK Media Citra Mandiri is facing several obstacles, namely the course registration process is not yet integrated, which causes the administration process to be more inefficient and take longer. Apart from that, it is difficult for LPK to promote their programs to the public because there is no information system website, which ultimately hinders the growth and quality of services at these institutions. Therefore, an information system is needed that can make the course registration process more efficient, manage integrated data, improve service quality, and make promotions easier. The method used to carry out requirements engineering analysis is the System Engineering Life Cycle method and in this research we will focus on the concept development stage. The aim of this research is to determine initial needs and develop a website-based information system. Next, prototype evaluation is carried out using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) to measure user satisfaction. The results obtained will be used as improvements to the design. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, it appears that the system can be accepted with good results with an overall score of 1.51 which indicates good results (Good) so that this system design can be used as a basis for developing an LPK Media Citra course registration information system Independent.
